Welcome to a new year of conversations about living as Jesus. We start this year of 2024 talking about the need in many people's lives for some real hope. What will help people most in the face of so many bleak circumstances in our political and economic world? We are convinced that people want more than the usual "bumper sticker" brand of Christianity to give them confidence and peace. They need to see Jesus and how best to see Him than through our lives. We know Jesus as the Savior who appeared as a baby in the manger, but do we know Him as Lord? Our discussion in this episode deals with the process God performs to cause us to bend the knee and confess with our mouth, Jesus IS Lord (Phil. 2:9). This is the power of the "new-same name" of Jesus that we will see in our lives and in the next age (Rev. 3:12).
